All participants must be able to swim at least 50 metres with a buoyancy aid. While the park provides buoyancy aids and helmets, students must bring their own swimwear and a towel.
There are toilets in the clubhouse.
First aid facilities are located within the main clubhouse. The park has trained first-aiders on-site during operational hours to assist with any incidents.
Participants must be at least 6 years old for the Aqua Park and at least 110cm tall. A safety briefing is mandatory for all students before they are permitted to enter the water or use the equipment. Jewellery and watches must be removed before entering the Aqua Park to prevent damage to the inflatables.
In the event of an emergency, the fire assembly point is clearly signposted and is typically located in the main car park area, well away from the clubhouse and lakeside structures.
